Managed Services Program (MSP) | Raven IT Services
Raven offers a Managed Services Program that enables our corporate clients to manage their contingent workforces. Under this program, Raven IT manages and curates a list of corporate staffing vendors on behalf of a given client. These staffing providers must apply to be added to the list, whereupon they will qualify to submit their candidates in response to any given role requirement from the client. As an MSP provider, Raven IT Services will manage these vendors, including ranking their performance and adjusting their submission eligibility based on this ranking as needed. Raven would also be positioned to manage and centralize client invoicing processes, thereby reducing costs by charging consistent margins to vendors; additionally, Raven would ensure vendors are sufficiently insured and offer insurance coverage if not, thus protecting the client against vendor-related issues and risks.
The MSP becomes an integral part of a company’s procurement or Human Resource divisions, managing the entire contingent talent life cycle from requisition through invoicing and payment. Using a vendor management system (VMS), the managed service program provides clients with full visibility into the status of each contingent worker and guarantees compliance with all relevant labor regulations and governance requirements. The program also leverages talent analytics to drive improved decision-making around our clients’ contingent workforces.
